Hi my name is Peder Johnsen and I am the CEO of Hampton Manor Senior Living, a management company which oversees day to day operations of Assisted Living Communities.
At Hampton Manor Senior Living we believe in providing the highest quality of care and personal service for our seniors. We deliver these services with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride & company spirit.
We serve nearly 500 residents at our communities with most of our locations near full capacity. By continuing to maintain the highest standard of care, I have seen our team go above and beyond the expectations of their job duties allowing me to focus on providing the best value available in senior housing.
Hampton Manor Senior Living and its affiliates employ over 400 team members that serve our seniors within Marion, Lake, and Volusia County. We invest in our direct care staff by providing on going training and knowledge to ensure your loved ones receive the best care possible. We believe in team work, building meaningful relationships and providing care in the friendliest way possible.
Throughout our trainings we teach staff to know and understand that we are working in their home. That dignity, respect and quality of care are our number one priority.
Within our communities, we offer the broadest range of services allowed under the Assisted Living License. One of our main focus areas is providing care for people with Alzheimer and other memory related diseases. We have a motto, which says, “Our Family is Your Family”. Our staff live by and believe in this motto.
Family has a very important meaning in everyones life; we are honored that families would place their loved ones in our hands and trust that we will care for their daily needs in a dignified and loving way. The Hampton Manor team thanks all of the families who have trusted us over the years.
Peder Johnsen is the Chief Executive Officer of Concordis Senior Living. Prior to establishing Concordis, Mr. Johnsen led the Hampton Manor Senior Living communities for 14 years. Under his tenure, the company portfolio expanded from two original properties in Marion County, Florida, to seven facilities in Central Florida.
In addition to extensive experience in operations, he has overseen the development, acquisition, and financing of several communities. He teamed with Trent Watkins in 2008 to establish what is now Concordis Senior Living. Peder Johnsen’s family has been engaged in the operation of senior living facilities for three generations.
